DROEGE ART COLLECTION
COLLECTION
For us, art is part of our corporate development. For nearly 40 years, we have been collecting contemporary art by international artists such as Georg Baselitz, Xenia Hausner, Karin Kneffel, Juan Muñoz, Neo Rauch, Gerhard Richter, Marc Rothko, Thomas Schütte, Andy Warhol and many more.
ENCOUNTERS
Close personal contacts have existed for years with many of the artists represented in the collection. The concept of "Encounters" at the David-Hansemann-House has emerged from these connections. Here we discuss art, its impact and the interaction between the rules of art and the rules of implementation with employees, partners and external guests.
DAS WIE AM WAS: Even the first glance is essential. Change begins with the first encounter. This gaze must grasp reality and opportunities. The gaze that meets us from Xenia Hausner's picture is as much a riddle as an answer. Her art shows how complex diversity develops into a lively effect in a single glance, revealing the HOW in the WHAT.
