manager magazin: Droege takes pole position for return on consulting
Düsseldorf, July 24, 2009 – In matters of price levels and the associated consulting services executive managing directors and senior managers at large businesses in Germany see themselves in the best hands at Droege & Comp. This was the conclusion of a study conducted by the professor of economics Dietmar Fink and published as an exclusive on 24 July in manager magazin. According to this study, that questioned 476 senior managers on the image and quality of management consultancy, Droege & Comp. ranks among the top five in four other categories. In “implementing ability”, the most important category to customers according to manager magazin, the consultancy takes third place after Roland Berger and Management Engineers. In the subdiscipline “Recovery/restructuring” Droege & Comp. took fourth place. In each of the categories “Supply chains and processes” and “Financial and risk management” the consultancy took fifth place. All in all, Fink placed Droege & Comp. on eighth position among German consultancies as measured by their turnover.
For this investigation the Bonn scientists questioned between February and June this year 476 managers of large businesses in Germany with an annual turnover of at least one billion euros. The study extended to companies that rank among either the 15 strategic consultancies with the highest turnover or the top 25 turnovers and at the same time achieve a per capita turnover of at least 120 percent of the McKinsey value.
