You will be contacted within ten working days by us after we have received your application. If your application has convinced us we will invite you to attend one of our Recruiting Day.
First round: Our Recruiting Days take place in our Düsseldorf office twice a month. You will be given the opportunity to convince us of your know-how and personality in three one-on-one interviews. In addition to a brief presentation and interview you will be put to the test during a few case-study interviews.
Second round: If the first round was successful it is up to you to initiate the second round of interviews where you will meet two of our Managing Directors. During the second round it will be decided whether you will be offered a job or not.
During both rounds of interviews your business sense, creativity and the ability to communicate effectively will help you to win us over. However, in addition to your professional know-how it is just as important that you fit in with our corporate culture - because “the chemistry” needs to be just right.
