As a consequence of investments by the Droege Group, clients may gain surplus value from Droege & Comp. know-how. It is at the clients´ sole discretion to arrive at such decision; they are principally at liberty to hire other consultants instead as they consider appropriate. Droege Capital will not make any investments in businesses previously advised by Droege & Comp. We do this to eliminate any insider advantages.

The Droege Group has defined a set of rules designated to warrant the observance of business ethics: 

• investments in special situations only
• no investments in consulting clients

Observance of these Compliance rules is strictly monitored.
